What to Expect

First-Time Grooming Clients

Arrive 10 minutes early for a brief consultation. Bring any vaccination records if you have them on hand. Let us know about skin sensitivities, anxiety triggers, or areas your pet dislikes being touched. We will walk you through our process before beginning.

Boarding Check-In

Bring your pet's food in labelled containers for each day, along with any medications and instructions. A comfort item from home is encouraged. Check-in takes about 15 minutes as we review care instructions and give your pet time to settle into their suite.

Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?

Appointments are strongly recommended to ensure we have adequate time and staff available for your pet. Walk-ins are accepted when availability permits, but may involve a wait. Daycare has limited daily spots, so booking ahead is essential.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, EFTPOS, and bank transfers for larger bookings. Payment is typically collected when you pick up your pet. Extended boarding stays may require a deposit at check-in.

Can I tour the facility before booking?

Absolutely. We encourage prospective clients to see our facilities firsthand. Tours are available during business hours. Send us an email to arrange a convenient time, and one of our team members will show you around.

How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

We aim to respond to all email enquiries within the same business day. During peak periods like school holidays, responses may take up to 24 hours. For urgent matters, visiting in person during business hours is the fastest option.
