Services Description

Clear Holdings provides animal care services including but not limited to pet grooming, boarding, daycare, wellness checks, and training. All services are subject to availability and may require advance booking.

Booking and Cancellation

Appointments

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, email, or in person
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
• Confirmation of booking does not guarantee a specific time slot until acknowledged by our team

Cancellation Policy

• Standard appointments: 24 hours notice required for cancellation without charge
• Holiday bookings: 72 hours notice required
• Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost
• No-shows may be charged the full service amount

Pet Requirements

For the safety of all animals and staff, we require:

• Current vaccination records for dogs (distemper, parvovirus, bordetella) and cats (feline distemper, respiratory vaccines)
• Pets must be free of fleas, ticks, and contagious conditions
• Disclosure of any behavioural issues, medical conditions, or special requirements
• Pets must be adequately socialised for group environments (daycare services)

Liability and Responsibility

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of animals in our care:

• Owners are responsible for providing accurate information about their pets
• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions that manifest during care
• In case of medical emergency, we will contact the owner immediately and may seek veterinary care at the owner's expense
• Owners must provide emergency contact information and veterinary details

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon collection of your pet unless otherwise arranged
• Extended boarding may require a deposit at check-in
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, EFTPOS, and bank transfers
• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Transmit any viruses or harmful code
• Collect information about other users without consent
• Use automated systems to access the site without permission
